What Patients Say

”I've been going to Dr. Valones for a few months now and he has truly changed my life. I have a job where I am lifting heavy objects all day and I have had back neck and shoulder pain for years. After seeing him through these months I feel like a while new person. He is even helping me to fix problems in my hips and ankles from an injury that happened almost fifteen years ago that I have just been dealing with. Dr. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and confident and always leaves me feeling great every time I walk out of his office.

I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a chiropractor!”

“Michael is a lifesaver. Literally. I couldn't do my day to day activities without him. I started seeing him regularly for help with my neck and back posture from sitting at a desk 8 hours a day. I had not regularly seen a chiropractor prior to him. He made me feel comfortable, relaxed and walked me through everything. He asked me thorough questions as well.

In addition, he not only adjusted the areas that needed it, but stretched them and showed me how to loosen up those areas as well to help with pain. He not only relieves the pain, but teaches me how to prevent it too.”

“Dr Valones is very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He was able to adjust my hips, back, and shoulders and addressed my other running-related issues. Great office, excellent website for booking and changing appointments, and everyone wears facemasks. Dr Valones also wears a face guard and gloves. I felt that the COVID risk was relatively low.”

“I was in a very physically intensive multi-day martial arts test in which I injured my ankle on day two. I left the test on crutches, to later learn I had a severe high ankle sprain.

My initial visit was very thorough. Dr. Valones carefully inspected my ankle, and also reviewed X-rays that I had acquired. I received sports therapy treatment through him on this injured area, which included: stretching, usage of rubber tension bands, breaking up of scar tissue with a graston tool, and an adjustment.

I continued to see Dr. Valones on a weekly basis for 4 months. I can animately testify that receiving treatment from him expedited the recovery process, and also aided in maintaining pre-injury strength and flexibility. I now currently see him bi-monthly as a self opted "maintenance."

“Michael has been helping me since I was in an auto accident. My injuries were varied, some areas worse than others. What I liked about him is that he always checked in with how I was each time I went in to be sure that he worked the appropriate areas. He's very skilled in effective manipulation in a way that doesn't agitate things. He also does great soft tissue and massage work. He's got some funky tools that let him get in there really well!”

“I injured my knee skiing -- torn ACL and partially torn meniscus. He helped in diagnosing the injury, advising me on the next steps, and keeping me comfortable prior to surgery. He provided me with prehab exercises and met with me regularly up until surgery.

He is now assisting me with rehab and it's going great! I'm a little over a week ahead of the projected recovery time and I'm walking 3 weeks post surgery. My surgeon and Physical Therapist have mentioned how vital my prehab has been to my recovery.”
